4-ounces of beef sloppy Joe spread over two open-faced sesame seed buns with melted provolone Cheese. Choice of Slaw. Crinkle Fries on top. Choice of dipping sauce.

Buffalo Blue Chicky Sammich

4-ounce fresh-cut chicken breast grilled or fried. Provolone Cheese, Blue Cheese slaw and Def Remoulade on Sesame Seed Bun.

DEF Chicky Taco

4 ounces of chicken breast, beer battered and deep fried, two Jalapeño slices, Def Slaw served on soft flour tortilla, dressed with DEF Remoulade sauce.

Beef Chili

20 oz of 80/20 Hamburger meat with tomatoes, kidney beans, onions and various spices.

Vegetable Soup

20 oz of either beef or chicken with vegetables and various spices.

Hamburger Potato Soup

20 oz of 80/20 Hamburger meat with potatoes, onions, vegetables and various spices.

Authentic Borscht

8 oz or 12 oz of Red Beet and beef soup. Traditional Russian recipe. Served with dollop of sour cream.

DEF Shrimp Taco

4 ounces of deveined and peeled large shrimp, two Jalapeño slices, Def Slaw, served on soft flour tortilla, dressed with DEF Remoulade sauce.

Catering Options & Rates

We provide catering services within Pinellas County. Catering is primarily available for lunches but other arrangements might be possible. The hourly fee guarantees the equipment and the chef’s efforts. The per - plate fee pays for the food costs and preparation. Access to parking and/or outdoor cooking space is required.

OPTION #1 • TWO GRIDDLES & A COOLER

$250 per hour; PLUS $15 for each plate (such as two tacos or a burger & soup). Minimum of 25 plates - Maximum of 100. (total price range = $625 to $2000)

This service provides one to two hours of a limited menu: Grilled Fish, Shrimp and/or Chicken Tacos / Def Burgers / Cheese Quesadillas. Soup is an option. No fried or appetizer items.

OPTION #2 • FULL SERVICE FOOD TRUCK

$650 per hour; PLUS $15 for each plate (such as taco and loaded potato skins or burger & fried pickles). Minimum of 50 plates - Maximum of 250. (total price range = $2050 to $6350)

This service provides two to four hours of the regular food truck menu, including Fried items and appetizers. Specialty items are available, such as Shrimp Tacos, Chicken Tacos, or Buffalo Blue Chicken Sammiches. Soup is an option.

Corned Beef Sandwiches

3 ounces of hot sliced corned beef with melted swiss cheese. Served on warm Marbled Rye bread with Def Remoulade sauce. FOUR OPTIONS:

REUBEN - add sauerkraut

Rachel - add regular Cole Slaw

Hazel - BLUE Cheese Cole Slaw

Siobhan - RANCH Cole Slaw

Dressed Fries

8 ounces of Crinkle Cut Fries topped with any variety of sauces, proteins or toppings.

Guinness Stew

Tender Beef with tomatoes, onions, vegetables, Guinness Stout and various spices.
